In this paper, we presented the multi items inventory control model that its objective is minimizing total cost. This model is formulated under four constraints consist of storage spaces, budgetary, allowable shortage quantities and periodic order quantities. Two latest constraints is interval typically. In presented model, shortage is allowable and leadtime is zero. The parameters such as demands, costs (including: setting, holding, shortage) and constraints resources are fuzzy. Type of fuzzy numbers in demand & cost is triangular and numbers of constraints resources are positive trapezoid typically. In solution methodology, first we converted the cost objective function to three objective functions and then reduced fuzzy constraints to crisp constraints via defuzzification. Then we solved the resulted crisp multi objectives using Fuzzy Non Linear Programming (FNLP). Finally we presented a numerical example to solve and describing model applying Lingo software package.

In this paper we developed inventory control models (r,Q) & (R,T) in multi-items environment with two objectives as minimizing costs (holding & shortage) and risk level under constraints including available budgetary, the least service level, storage spaces & allowable quantities of shortage. Demand distribution functions are assumed to be normal and demands are supported by backlogging. At first we develop crisp model then fuzzy stochastic models with fuzzy budgetary, allowable quantities of shortage and shortage spaces (i.e. stochastic with normal distribution function) parameter. All of fuzzy numbers are triangular type. In methodology of solution we change model to a crisp multiobjective by using difuzzification of fuzzy constraints and fuzzy chances constrained programming methods, and then solve it by fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy-stochastic models to crisp multi objectives problem whit and then solved fuzzy logic method. Finally an illustrated example is taken and solved using LINGO package.

The purpose of this paper has been analyzed the effects of emotional intelligence (EI) in the workplace and recheck results of previous world researches in Iran. We chose export import companies for case study. The sample obtained has composed of 91 managerial and non-managerial employees from five different companies with population of 1590. The level of confidence used in this paper is 95%. The instruments administered to the employees were the Work Profile Questionnaire-Emotional Intelligence and a demographic information sheet, in order to obtain their emotional quotient (EQ) and socioeconomic characteristics. Measuring their employees’ scores in each of the EI components could help managers in order to build strategies to improve the productivity and performance of their organization. The results of this paper presented that the participants had a high level of EI and got high scores in the seven EI components measured. It has found that younger employees and those with lower educational level tend to have lower EQ scores. It concluded that EI might affect the workplace performance and could be useful criteria for business leaders and managers. Today organizational environment has been complicated and in such environment importance of organizational communication are greater. One of strategies to better communication is telecommunication systems in the organization. Telecommunications systems have important role in each organization. Vendor selection of a telecommunications system is a multi-attribute decision making problem. Decision making in real world face with imprecise data and furthermore, because such decisions usually are based on the intellectual judgments of managers, to improve decision making must use fuzzy logic. In this paper, we used literature review and experts opinions for determining the model attributes and then developed a fuzzy TOPSIS model with combined weighs basis final weighs. In this model all numbers are fuzzy and triangular typically. A case study done in Qazvin Islamic Azad University to apply the developed model. Result of this decision mentioned that best systems are purchased. Key Words: Telecommunications Systems (Central), Vendor selection, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Combined Weights.

In today’s competitive world that is rapidly changing, the organizations should be seen the changes as one of main competitive axes.The organizations can create this changes and innovation through entrepreneurship. On the other hand, having a strategic though is integral part of advanced organizations in competitive environment and the Balanced Score Card (BSC) such as strategic planning instruments is in organizations. In this paper, with combining of entrepreneurship and financial and non-financial indexes of the balanced score card was presented a model of prioritizing for dimensions of entrepreneurship; this prioritizing model can help to the strategy of organizations about entrepreneurship. In this prioritizing model, the structure of evaluation of entrepreneurship dimensions from the perspective of BSC are four stages, this stages include Group decision making, Fuzzy-AHP (f-AHP), TOPSIS, ELECTRE , BORDA. Finally, a numerical example was presented for description of proposed model.

Survival in the competition is considered as one of the most critical needs of any organization. Philosophy during production (JIT), remove any waste is accepted as one of the strategies and used by many organizations. JIT is a new system with inventory control and its main purpose is to minimize inventories and prevent stagnant capital to form. Implementation of this system leads to changes in the tools used by managers for planning and control decisions. "Just in time", is one of the newest approaches in production management issue that industry leaders around the world, the Japanese have been initiated, and was first employed at Toyota car plant, which was followed by a considerable success. This paper investigates the impact of using JIT, the automotive industry, as the country's largest car manufacturer. The study is the second assembly line for the company. The research method is descriptive and correlation, and for this purpose, regression and ANOVA were used. Population and sample are production and quality managers, warehouse managers, supervisors and foremen and supervisors responsible for training and installation engineering. The results of this study showed a significant association between implementation JIT and organizational performance.

Today many researchers agree that EI directly affects an individual’s performance and have presented many theories that propose a positive relationship between EI and workplace performance. Entrepreneurship is an important factor in development of countries. One of the main approaches of entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship in organization that results in competitive advantages, innovation and leadership for organizations. On the other hand nowadays the strategic management including planning and appraising play a major role in organizations. In the present article, we used VIKOR technique which is one the methods of multiple attribute decision making for ranking the indices of organizational entrepreneurship development based on BSC factors which is one the most critical tools for strategic appraisal in organization. The case study of the research is Qazvin Islamic Azad University in Iran.

Demand distribution functions are assumed to be exponential and extra demands are supposed in two situations as lost sales and backlogging. At first we develop crisp model then fuzzy stochastic model with fuzzy budgetary, allowable quantities of shortage and shortage spaces (that is stochastic with normal distribution function) parameter. All of fuzzy numbers are triangular type. In methodology of solution we change model to a crisp multi-objective by using difuzzification of fuzzy constraints and fuzzy chance-constrained programming methods, and then solve it by fuzzy logic method. Finally an illustrated example is taken and solved using LINGO package.

In this paper we have developed the traditional inventory control model (r,Q) taking into account a multi-item models with two objectives to minimize holding costs and shortage cost and also risk level under constraints including available budgetary, the least servicelevel, storage spaces & allowed quantities of shortage. According to proposed model demand is potential and follows the distribution and extra demands encounter lost sales. Space storage is counted as a fuzzy- chance parameter with normal distribution. Budgetary parameters are available and the maximum allowed shortage is a fuzzy triangular number. The methodology that has been used in proposed solution changed model to a crisp multiobjective problem using defuzzification of fuzzy constraints and fuzzy chance-constrained programming methods, and then we solve it using fuzzy arithmetic concepts.
