امروزه تفکر استراتژیک جزء لاینفک سازمان های پیشرو در محیط رقابتی است. کارت امتیازی متوازن از جمله ابزارهای پیاده سازی و برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در سازمان هاست که کاربرد زیادی در این زمینه دارد. از طرفی دنیای پر رقابت سازمانی بگونه ایست که سازمان ها همواره باید به تغییر، به عنوان یکی از محور های اصلی رقابت نگاه کنند و این تغییرات و نو آوری در سازمان ها از طریق کار آفرینی سازمانی محقق خواهد شد. لذا در این مقاله به دنبال آن هستیم که با کاربرد VIKOR به عنوان یکی از روش های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره، از منظر استراتژیک و بر اساس BSC به اولویت بندی شاخص های کار آفرینی سازمانی در جهت نظم و امنیت بپردازیم. از سوی دیگر سازمان های پلیس جزئی از سیستم دولتی یک جامعه با ماموریت تامین نظم و امنیت هستند، که در محیط های بسیار پیچیده با تنوع بالای تهدیدات علیه عموم مردم فعالیت دارند. بدین دلیل بخش اعظم تلاش ها به شناسایی عوامل توسعه کارآفرینی در جهت اشتغال، نظم و امنیت سیاست های مدیریتی معطوف می گردد. در این پژوهش مورد مطالعه نیروی انتظامی قزوین انتخاب شده است.

Organizational culture is the foundation of development in organization. Organizations operations in a competitive environment requires a strong culture with focusing on innovation. In current time that Technology is developing and new technologies is emerging day to day it is necessary that the organizational culture must be In line with new technology. One of important technology in world today is information technology and each organization that do not move in line with this technology will be removed from the competition. In this paper We want evaluate the innovation culture indicators using the hybrid model AHP-VIKOR based on Information Technology (IT) perspective for ranking these indicators. case study in this paper is in Qazvin Islamic Azad University (QIAU).

Abstract: After the end of vertical integrating age in which organizations themselves implemented and executed entirely supply chain activities From the beginning to the end (from supply to distribution and delivery layers of products and customer services), now outsourcing age of organizational activities is started. Nowadays evaluation and outsourcing activities control is one of the manager's challenges.And this fact in the most cases has subject to the experts' thoughts and styles with regard to human judgment and rationalization. And Above all, lack of certainty condition in evaluation indexes, and Outsourcing activities continuation will be subjected to risk by this issue. Thus, in this article after literature reviewing in standards and suppliers' operation Evaluation indexes, we study existing evaluation methods in this field and then represent evaluation point fuzzy control method adjusting to its operation.Finally regarding subject importance, while doing case study in industry, we will analyze the results. Abstract Decision making about telecommunication systems (central) are important due to their communicative role in organizations and considering to several criteria in selection of telecommunication systems, this is multi-criteria decision making model for selection of telecommunication systems vendor. For this purpose, related indicators are extracted by present literature searching and experts point of view and delivered according to decision making model with combining of VIKOR and AHP. In the manner that, extracting of indicator weights were obtained by AHP-VIKOR model has been used because of advantage of this model rather than other models MADM such as: collaborative desirability element and reflection of appraisers view in decision making for selection classification and vendor selection of telecommunication system. A real case study has been done at Qazvin Islamic Azad University for possibility test of related model in selecting of \ telecommunication systems vendor. Key words: Telecommunication Systems (central), Vendor Selection Problem (VSP), AHP, VIKOR.

The present article presents an inventory control model of several goods with the purpose of minimization of total cost and minimum employment of manpower, under limitations of maximum warehouse space, maximum investment power, amount of permissible shortage in each period and quantity of periodical orders; the latter two limitations have been considered at intervals. Shortage is permissible in the presented model, the preparation time is zero and the parameters of demand, cost (including: commissioning, maintenance, shortage) and resources of limitations are fuzzy. The fuzzy numbers of demand and cost are triangular and numbers of resources of limitations are of positive trapezoidal type. In order to solve the model, first each one of the functions of the intended target is converted into three objective functions and limitations are changed to final limitations through defuzzification method. Then the resulted deterministic multipurpose model is solved through Fuzzy Non-Linear Programming (FNLP) method. At the end, a numerical example is solve and presented to analyze the model by Lingo Software.

In this paper, we presented the multi items inventory control model that its objective is minimizing total cost. This model is formulated under four constraints consist of storage spaces, budgetary, allowable shortage quantities and periodic order quantities. Two latest constraints is interval typically. In presented model, shortage is allowable and leadtime is zero. The parameters such as demands, costs (including: setting, holding, shortage) and constraints resources are fuzzy. Type of fuzzy numbers in demand & cost is triangular and numbers of constraints resources are positive trapezoid typically. In solution methodology, first we converted the cost objective function to three objective functions and then reduced fuzzy constraints to crisp constraints via defuzzification. Then we solved the resulted crisp multi objectives using Fuzzy Non Linear Programming (FNLP). Finally we presented a numerical example to solve and describing model applying Lingo software package.

In this paper we developed inventory control models (r,Q) & (R,T) in multi-items environment with two objectives as minimizing costs (holding & shortage) and risk level under constraints including available budgetary, the least service level, storage spaces & allowable quantities of shortage. Demand distribution functions are assumed to be normal and demands are supported by backlogging. At first we develop crisp model then fuzzy stochastic models with fuzzy budgetary, allowable quantities of shortage and shortage spaces (i.e. stochastic with normal distribution function) parameter. All of fuzzy numbers are triangular type. In methodology of solution we change model to a crisp multiobjective by using difuzzification of fuzzy constraints and fuzzy chances constrained programming methods, and then solve it by fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy-stochastic models to crisp multi objectives problem whit and then solved fuzzy logic method. Finally an illustrated example is taken and solved using LINGO package.

The purpose of this paper has been analyzed the effects of emotional intelligence (EI) in the workplace and recheck results of previous world researches in Iran. We chose export import companies for case study. The sample obtained has composed of 91 managerial and non-managerial employees from five different companies with population of 1590. The level of confidence used in this paper is 95%. The instruments administered to the employees were the Work Profile Questionnaire-Emotional Intelligence and a demographic information sheet, in order to obtain their emotional quotient (EQ) and socioeconomic characteristics. Measuring their employees’ scores in each of the EI components could help managers in order to build strategies to improve the productivity and performance of their organization. The results of this paper presented that the participants had a high level of EI and got high scores in the seven EI components measured. It has found that younger employees and those with lower educational level tend to have lower EQ scores. It concluded that EI might affect the workplace performance and could be useful criteria for business leaders and managers. Today organizational environment has been complicated and in such environment importance of organizational communication are greater. One of strategies to better communication is telecommunication systems in the organization. Telecommunications systems have important role in each organization. Vendor selection of a telecommunications system is a multi-attribute decision making problem. Decision making in real world face with imprecise data and furthermore, because such decisions usually are based on the intellectual judgments of managers, to improve decision making must use fuzzy logic. In this paper, we used literature review and experts opinions for determining the model attributes and then developed a fuzzy TOPSIS model with combined weighs basis final weighs. In this model all numbers are fuzzy and triangular typically. A case study done in Qazvin Islamic Azad University to apply the developed model. Result of this decision mentioned that best systems are purchased. Key Words: Telecommunications Systems (Central), Vendor selection, Fuzzy TOPSIS, Combined Weights.

In today’s competitive world that is rapidly changing, the organizations should be seen the changes as one of main competitive axes.The organizations can create this changes and innovation through entrepreneurship. On the other hand, having a strategic though is integral part of advanced organizations in competitive environment and the Balanced Score Card (BSC) such as strategic planning instruments is in organizations. In this paper, with combining of entrepreneurship and financial and non-financial indexes of the balanced score card was presented a model of prioritizing for dimensions of entrepreneurship; this prioritizing model can help to the strategy of organizations about entrepreneurship. In this prioritizing model, the structure of evaluation of entrepreneurship dimensions from the perspective of BSC are four stages, this stages include Group decision making, Fuzzy-AHP (f-AHP), TOPSIS, ELECTRE , BORDA. Finally, a numerical example was presented for description of proposed model.
