A Fuzzy Methodology for Supplier Performance Evaluation in Outsourcing Process
Abstract: After the end of vertical integrating age in which organizations themselves implemented and executed entirely supply chain activities From the beginning to the end (from supply to distribution and delivery layers of products and customer services), now outsourcing age of organizational activities is started. Nowadays evaluation and outsourcing activities control is one of the manager's challenges.And this fact in the most cases has subject to the experts' thoughts and styles with regard to human judgment and rationalization. And Above all, lack of certainty condition in evaluation indexes, and Outsourcing activities continuation will be subjected to risk by this issue. Thus, in this article after literature reviewing in standards and suppliers' operation Evaluation indexes, we study existing evaluation methods in this field and then represent evaluation point fuzzy control method adjusting to its operation.Finally regarding subject importance, while doing case study in industry, we will analyze the results.
