Organizational culture is the foundation of development in organization. Organizations operations in a competitive environment requires a strong culture with focusing on innovation. In current time that Technology is developing and new technologies is emerging day to day it is necessary that the organizational culture must be In line with new technology. One of important technology in world today is information technology and each organization that do not move in line with this technology will be removed from the competition. In this paper We want evaluate the innovation culture indicators using the hybrid model AHP-VIKOR based on Information Technology (IT) perspective for ranking these indicators. case study in this paper is in Qazvin Islamic Azad University (QIAU).
